Would you be able to play sburb at school?

I think sburb would just absorb the whole building the game is running in, and everyone in the building/general area would be sucked into the game too, confused as hell. I imagine the random people inside would have to fend for themselves like Dad Egbert had to (like getting hassled and kidnapped by imps or something?) while you did your gaming. Good for them for being saved from apocalypse! Another thing this made me think of is if you had no home and just ran sburb outside... I think it could take the area around you and you had to work with whatever was in your vicinity.

i feel like what sburb considers your "home" is somewhat arbitrary, as evidenced by jake's entry with a pile of rubble instead of the room he actually lived in. sburb is super up to interpretation here. the idea of a school being in the game is actually awesome though, now i almost want to write a boarding school fan session thank you

No, because the school would block it and/or the school computers won't let you run files. Alas.... Then the world was covered in meteors. I mean darkness.

i agree with slitherbop, and also imagine it being very difficult because of how garbage school internet connection is

also, what about prototyping?? you'd have to do it with stuff at the school instead of the fun and interesting things in your room. everyone else gets their beloved pet combined with their favorite anime figure or whatever and you get a desk chair and pencil
