I gotta mention Sarazanmai, one of my favorite shows ever. Kind of a bizzare magical realist piece but by far the most approachable and sfw of Ikuhara's works, I think. The anthology manga also has a yurizanmai au for the yuriheads, which is fun.

big big fan of Kaze to Ki no Uta (although i haven't finished it). Gilbert Cocteau is one of the characters ever. also liked Boy Meets Maria and (although this is less actually BL and more BL-adjacent) Lychee Hikari Club. outside of manga, i gotta shout out the books Serious Weakness and Cunt Toward Enemy by an acquaintance of mine, Porpentine Charity Heartscape.
