my only exposure to hstwt mostly was anonstuck because i loved reading the submissions as bad as they may be. so it was surprising to see the whole downfall happen on a random afternoon i opened twitter and checked the qrts of the latest submission. so even if that's my only actual exposure i can already see how miserable and horrible it is. i've been in other fandom subtwts before it's just that hstwt seems REALLY intimidating compared to others, but maybe that's right for obvious reasons as well (why it's miserable lol).
