I mean after reading yall comments and re-reading the parts I took issue with, my opinion has honestly somewhat changed. Like HSBC has taken large steps toward it but are still handling it. Things in the story went from making no sense to making some sense. An example of this to me was the "Why would they do/say that. That is so out of left field. Wtf is going on" moments from Candy. This is somewhat explained with doomed universe written by Calliope. That made Candy make more sense to me and the new question of "why would Calliope do that" is something I can think about, analyze and expect that my question will be answered in the future.

At the moment the stuff with Davebot is at the "Why would they do/say that. That is so out of left field. Wtf is going on" phase in my opinion.
