half-life 1 is my wife's favorite game and it quickly rose to become one of my favorites as well. every time i'm working on a game i think "i sure would love to put a locked door here the player later exits through, completing a circular path" and every time it bangs. half-life 1 is an all-time banger. i am on board for half-life 2 just as soon as i stop getting motionsick on the air boat. @_@
