Also, idk what mod ur talking about (tho it sounds neat!! sounds very silent hill tbh) but I'm also not 100% sure how to explain COF. It's a horror mod about a guy named Simon who gets hit by a car, paralyzing him from the waist down, and his deteriorating mental state from there. You can get it for free on Steam without needing the original HL1 to play it. Lots of dark themes and... even darker lighting sometimes, lol.
