to add- if youre struggling with getting the right AMOUNT Of pixelated on your panels despite the size being around 650x450, try lowering your canvas DPI. I work in 700x700 at 72 dpi for HS style panels. 300dpi is great for print, but it's increasing your resolution! fuck around with your DPI to see what resolution works for the style youre going for! i work in CSP in particular but i expect it works similarly on other programs.
