However, it doesn't cover cream products because it is focused on painting your arms. Arctic, are you painting just your face or other parts of your body?

In my experience I have used Ben Nye's neutral set over my creamblend and had it last for most of the day, albeit in need of some touchups by the end. I do try to apply a large amount, and I dust off excess after. I don't usually touch or rub my face, but I always have someone with clean hands rub my neck to make sure it is not smearing and won't damage my costume. I don't usually touch much with my face, so as far as I can tell I have never had any issues with my face or neck. It does rub off on the inside of Calliope's bowtie, but that's not too surprising to me because it's rubbing on my neck all day. All gray, perhaps... Heheh...

I don't have any experience with Mehron's setting powder, so I'm not sure how similar or different it is to Ben Nye.
