As for the other stuff, that I personally have been claiming, when Husse established "The Silent Mill" to publish Psycholonials, Gio immediately published the address listed for that, which was very likely just Hussie's house given they're, y'know, an indivdual making a visual novel? The Silent Mill and everything related to it was taken down very soon after, I imagine so as not to repeat that situation.
