The person who said that about Gio's post being transmysoginistic was referring to how Gio previously had a history of harassing a trans woman named Kate Mitchell who was a writer for Homestuck. Hussie is also gender queer I believe (I am not entirely sure please do not burn me at the stake) but some people just think its a pattern with Gio and who he is in drama with.
