tho i suppose i also dont know if you go for every request and so one that had not been fulfilled mightve gotten a higher chance of being so

either way i like your thoughts both for the Witch and Maid of Light
a lot of it things that ive also thought before but also some that i hadnt quite considered which is always fun

a scary thing a Maid of Light could also do (for combat potential) is becoming a sun ala jake hopesplosion
and i feel a Witch of Light could have fun interactions with mirrors (especially the funhouse kind) they'd have the potential for illusions on a grand scale
and if we combine it with the as you mentioned narrative part of possibly things happening that dont stick, we could call that an illusiory reality
