Personally, I use firealpaca. It does aliased stuff really well, and it has good pen pressure application! It's also free so you don't need to worry about shelling out for it. It also has a weird but effective method of animation if you need that.
Clipstudio paint is very powerful and does work (very well even!), but personally I find it to be too powerful for standard use. Like, if I need to use some of its specific features, I'll crack it open, but most of the time, it tends to overwhelm me.
