I get what you're saying @Palm, but even by Gio's own screenshots it's clear that he was the one dragging things out. He was asked multiple times for responses to certain things and he never made a statement/request like Bambosh to end things. He also wanted to see if he could still get what he wanted without having to give up what Hussie wanted. Especially from Hussie's perspective, why would he not think that getting to have the UHC up, official, and PAID FOR would be more valuable in the long run for Gio to have than to have blog posts up (with Gio's Patreon having: well. not a lot going on)? We can all say in hindsight and after seeing exactly how Gio behaves when he doesn't get what he wants that Hussie should have stopped sooner or just sent the DMCA, but I have a sneaking suspicion that there would have been another article anyway and we'd be talking about whether Hussie should have just tried to negotiate more or something.
