If your article was ONLY things that could be proven with FULL transcripts of ALL communications that they had with Bambosh and Miles and Hussie then I would be willing to agree that the evidence presented would have to be considered seriously. But since you clearly know nothing about the law I'll let you in on a secret: both the defense and prosecution get FULL records of communications, and if things are cut out, then it's thrown out! Because even the shittiest lawyer knows that cherry-picked communications, are if anything, MORE suspect than none! Because what exactly are you dancing around? What did you DELIBERATELY AVOID showing to make yourself look better, to paint the picture you wanted? Get a clue.
