Rebalancing the pacing of the first half to suit an animated medium better would be a nice adaptational choice. I'm personally in favor of alternating between human POV and troll POV on an episode-by-episode basis until a critical plot moment syncs them up (probably Dave's entry with whatever the climax of the animated Hivebent ends up being).

Of course, from A5A2 onward I'm hoping for a 1:1 transliteration of the source material's pacing.
