TADC has become a bit of an obsession. I didn't even expect to like it - the brightly-cloured style put me off it, but I saw the pilot premiere and went "I'll give it a chance, cos it's Glitch."
Gooseworx seems to mainly write music, with minimally-animated videos, but they've also done a handful of extremely surreal little cartoon films. There's Little Runmo, about a cute computer game character who ends up in the dark realm below his level, meeting such entities as the Meatball Man. And the Pink City world, full shape-headed people who would make Zooble feel right at home. My favourite of those is "Elaine Gets Adopted," in which a mute bounty-hunter gets taken home as a pet and has a very bad trip.
Compared to that, TADC is holding back on the hallucinogenic weirdness. The scripts are much more coherent - but also really, really good. A surprising amount of psychological depth to them.
