You are. Hussie isn't a woman—or has never claimed to be one, or to have a femme-aligned gender identity. Being AMAB clowngender doesn't mean you can now be TMA. I do think that, if Hussie is nonbinary, one can be transphobic against him—but just being nonbinary doesn't mean he is now TMA. This dilutes the term "transmisogyny" to something meaningless.
