if we're classpect theorizing about the new kiddos:

at first when we only knew the omegas i assumed they had to be thief/bard/mage/sylph of doom/rage/blood/mind, the missing aspects of the humans. Yiffy would be the most dramatic irony as a sylph of blood, the rosejade adultery baby having both kanaya and karkat classpects plus id love to find out What A Sylph Is, we've had both areana and kanaya and its still "a witch but more magical" which doesn't mean anything. Tavvy is the XXX of rage, he deserves to go ape shit. Harry is the bard of XXX bc of his theatre shakespeare shit, we need a bard who is kinda boring to see what else it can do. And vrissy is the thief of mind, bc cosmic vrisrezi synergy. This would make tavvy mage and harry doom, but i dont feel that strongly about either.

But now we have 6 new friends with 6 potential classpects and that makes things Complex. Either seer/prince of light/heart are out bc dirk & rose, or thief/heir of light/breath bc of june & vriska, or we lose the cherubs but that doesnt narrow down the classes so ill ignore that option.

So if we've got all 12 classpects, which one would be the most interesting? We already know how thieves and rogues work, we know seers and princes, and we know how pages work. We have a pretty good idea how knights work, but the other 6 classes are vague. Classpect enjoyers have written excellent meta on how the others work in canon and what we can extrapolate from that, but for the casual reader those classes need more clarification.

Theres this theory over on tumblr that deltritus only has two genders: nymphs and satyrs, or Catholic schoolgirls and frat boys. Assuming that's true, the most interesting nymph classes would be sylph, witch and maid, because those classes are the Girl Classes (hs2 and beyond canon are saying interesting things about gender & transness and i trust them to handle this in an interesting way) and we really need to know More on what makes them tick. (And yiffy the sylph can bond about being boarding schooled yes i Am convinced about sylph of blood yiffy). For the frat boys, we could have heir page and something. Knight maybe, mage possibly, depending if they're doing it british style or yankways. (Also if we're actually getting frat boy satyrs ill write a fraternity 101, we need to mock them Accurately and i know way too much about frat culture & hazing & organization)

That said, i don't have many specific guesses for the deltritus characters. Im gonna be a hipster and say ly'lac is time not doom, time bombs are a thing and her quirck is constantly ticking down, she likes ancient weapons (Dave liked taxidermy and aradia liked archaeology) and dirk rose and terezi all really like dave and would have a common interest in The New Time Kid. But i don't have many thoughts about AA or the others, except that I really Really want a discord only satyr to be a Waste of Space
