The tricky thing here is that it seems that the general public has already determined that artist (are we allowed to say her name already?) as their enemy so for as long as she's in the server there will be posts calling that out as a bad thing, which doesn't go well with all the drama surrounding Homestuck that's been going on lately.
I think one solution could be for the mods to put out some statement addressing the allegations towards the artist for the sake of clearing misinformation, which I don't think is a wrong move as her presence clearly has an impact on people's perspective on the server. But idk if the mods are really willing to do something like that and I'd understand if not.
As much as I don't see a problem with her being in the server, I do understand the idea of wanting to remove a malicious person from a server if it gives the server a negative impact, but in this case if the mods believe she isn't malicious (and I agree with them on that) then they should try to defend her publicly, too.
By the way nsfw channels in public servers are awful please never do that to your servers unless they're about nsfw topics.
