i haven't been having any issues running it but my PC is pretty new. i am also playing on low settings, which i didn't have to do on other recentish games like jedi fallen order or the silent hill 2 remaster O.O
i don't think you'll miss out on much by waiting for the patches and DLC! maybe they'll even do a sale when the DLCs start coming out. and you could pick up 1 or 3 while you wait — you might be confused if you jump into 4 without playing 3 first
