Oh my goodness these stole my time away. In particular "bob and george", "8-bit theater", "lamezone.net", and "crawfishcomic" stole the lions share of those time units. "Homestar Runner" is a classic which has already been mentioned by kurosurintomasu.
RE: catbotanic: "Twokinds" kinda made me do a double take since I saw it and immediately felt like I recognized the art style, but not the comic. Turns out I've been looking at Twokinds colorless sketches without realizing they were a part of a greater whole all along. I always thought it was just some universe that they were in that the artist created for their characters to "live" in. I had no idea that there was an actual plot and actual comic tied to it! But it looks cool. Thanks for pointing this one out.
And ooooh glitter bombs I probably have too many of my own recommendations; I'm really going to have to stretch my brain to remember some of these: "Prequel" [www.prequeladventure.com] (a classic), Sabrina Online [www.sabrina-online.com] (a more slice-of-life sort of dealy), Anon's Pie Adventure [https://pencilsponyforge.tumblr.com/tagged/apa/chrono] (good if you're an MLP FiM fan but also good without that qualification; Note: a little bit suggestive but nothing explicit. Note2: Unfinished, but still good.), Apricot Cookie(s) [https://apricotcookies.net/] (it has nice, decent pacing; it also doesn't take itself too seriously), One Punch Man (Just realized this is a real bona-fide comic, not a webcomic specifically), and Aoniya & Kaneinu's public bathhouse diary 1-4 (Good fun comic. Note: Maybe +18 in some spaces but that never is really the focus; it's just that they are literally in a bathhouse so that tends to just be how it is even without sexual connotations.).
These are the only ones I can recall despite knowing I've read more. Arg now it's going to bother me trying to remember all the ones I can't remember. Bluh. I guess I might post here again if I remember any.
Oh yeah there's also "Paranatural" [https://www.paranatural.net/] (another fun one).
