I made a lot of these because i spaced my reading out and was reading with a friend. My personal favorites include
- Solluxs eyes were going to turn green since they were red and blue pre-cascade corresponding to the two universes and then black and white corresponding to the tumors
- Jade Harley would begin breaking sburb to gain power or be granted power by some third party in the same way i assumed also happened to lord english then. I called this the Lord Jadeglish theory
- Wayward Vagabond likes the color green because of The Felt
- UU (this is specifically before even caliborn appeared in a pesterlog) created the trolls and we were calling the universe she came from universe 00
- i saw an image of the midnight crew but prospitian and i thought it was a really important spoiler
- Lord english made the carapacians gay because he didnt like them
- I transcribed gcat to rna and then that into a protein twice because i thought that maybe id get something out of it
- I thought that his honorable tyranny was karkats ancestor and then it got disproved a panel later
- "every species gets weaker and has a smaller-sized sburb session the further down the lineage of sburb sessions you go" extrapolating from the trolls the humans and the theoretical horrorterror session
- "Theres a motif of 4s with the kids the planets and the midnight crew (the latter 2 of these could be explained by "it corresponds to the kids" and "it corresponds to a deck of cards" which is understandable but dont ruin my fun) and so I'm thinking that the wayward vagabond and co will probably be getting another member
And it's DEFINITELY going to be the scurrilous straggler" [sic]
- additionally i thought scurrilous straggler was future spades slick and not past spades slick which i dont really understand but i had worse misreads then. I also thought he died offscreen
- (PRE A6I3) "Something something A1 karkat/signless somehow having ties to doc scratch/maybe LE's creation (how tied together are these two things?) and this parallels A2 karkat. Its the cue balls. Its going to be the cue balls I think. They also have appeared in both universe a2 and b1 (so far their status in b2 is unknown but why would it change?). Maybe they're contagious. Transmissable tumors. Even if a cue ball appears in A1 this doesnt stop that. Timefuckery! Homestuck loves timefuckery!!! Time and space are warped the longer you are in the furthest ring. Also hey why did jade have a magic cue ball. Hussie i know what you are. The cue ball also kind of made rose go grimdark. Why exactly? Are the cue balls associated with the horrorterrors or is it her association with the horrorterrors affecting the cue balls? "The dark gods helped chart their course through this spacetime maze to deliver them to this location, at this time." What if they did this to the cue balls perpetuating them from frog to frog to make rose go grimdark" [sic]

Well, this *kind of* happened? Tavros' ghost army knocked him over at one point and distracted him for a while, right? Closest thing to killing LE anyone did without prophetic/meta bullshit helping.
My favorite non-proven theory was that the god tiers from doomed timelines (And particularly Gamzees from doomed timelines) became the horrorterrors.
@Makin Honestly I'd say Vriska is the one who killed LE. Like the narrative clearly frames her as the one who 'gets the final hit'. I guess Tavros did Some amount of damage but it wasn't exactly anything particularly notable considering like 10 people got 1v1 sections with LE and did SOMETHING aside from Karkat
Ig you could also frame it as 'Tavros raising the army lead to LE's defeat' still I don't think it went the way anyone was thinking from the theorizing (though I don't think there was much in the way of solid theorizing on the exact way it'd happen)

when I was still reading the early acts I thought rose's mom legitimately did have a divorce and that's why rose was like that towards her mom like I was wondering what the dad would've looked or been like

When the omegapause was going on, I remember some speculation that part of End of Act 6 or Act 7 would include a fully playable final battle against Lord English, because of how long it was taking to come out. I kind of wish we got something like that, seeing how beat-em-up inspired [S] Collide wound up being. I want to play the game that flash is showing off!
I was hoping for a giant walk around myself. act 7 probably had a similar level of man hours invested

I spent a quite large chunk of the early Acts thinking Derse was the Planet of the Shale Imps, and expecting other material-themed Underlings to have their own planets too. Jack Noir? Shale Imp. The Black Queen? Shale Imp. The Post Mistress? Probably a Chalk Imp, that's gotta be a thing, right?
