ive been really into this rpg called clair obscur: expedition 33 and it has plagued my mind since its release lmao. i couldnt play the game since i dont have the money for it nor would my computer be able to run it lol so i watched my gf play it and we were both instantly enthralled by it. feel free to ramble abt it if youve played the game :3
who wants to take a chance on a piece of abstract reality???
I'm currently in the endgame. Clair Obscur: Expédition 33 is an absolutely INCREDIBLE experience, a maximalist baroque/expressionist chaos, a bold and extreme aesthetic proposition, a very generous gameplay, and a story full of grief and tragedy.
This game is one of the revelations of 2025 in the medium, if not THE revelation.
Also personally I don't like turn-based RPGs, but this one managed to be enjoyable thanks to a number of tricks in the battle system!
