Seconding @davejohn, my attempt at playing through LOLK on pointdevice actively induced something close to panic attack symptoms. Burned all my bombs way too early because I was treating it like a normal Touhou game, proceeded to hyperventilate my way through stages 4 and 5. (Ended up not going back to finish the attempt because the laptop I was playing it on is no longer functional.)
