for top banner the resolution needs to be 720x90. for bottom banner the resolution needs to be 1000x250. choose one and report back to me with your results

Here's my rough draft, I'd be willing to draw the custom Jubilite oc faces for people and made a ton of these. This is a rushed version of what I was picturing I'd be totally up for other ideas.
