you'll never know until you try! i would advertise your meetup on instagram and use tags to try to find some local homestucks/cosplayers. thats how we always used to do it back in like 2016 at least lol. we had tags like #texastuck or #[city]stuck that we used to find out about any upcoming meetups, and then we would just make friends from there :) good luck!
