The Protomen are two things:
1. An American rockband who present themselves as robot warriors who travel around, telling the tale of the world's most important robot fighters to anyone who will listen.
2. A rock-opera concept album trilogy about Mega Man, created by said rockband.

The reason I'm starting this thread: The Protomen are kick-fucking-ass and every song they make is like a realized, crystalized manifestation of perfect music. I was introduced to them by one of my closest friends at the beginning of college (I proceeded to get him hooked on Homestuck) and have listened to Acts I & II ad nauseum because they're great. And now, after 13 years of development--the same year of fucking deltarune and Silksong no less--Act III is in the process of being released. Every friday until the end of the year, they'll drop the next song from Act. The first two songs are out now (although only one of them is new)!
Anyways, I kinda just want to talk about the music and how it's great and that's this thread yay
