An old, rusty, and cobweb riddled door was opened. anything beyond the moonlight and the brightness of a phone light was pitch black. There were 5 kids who had gone over to some abandoned asylum.
"Are... we sure we don't want to get pizza, like what you told your mom we would be doing?" A kid asked. The kids name was Jacob, He was a rather obese child. But he still cared more about his friends than any sort of food. "Jacob, calm yourself! Ain't nothin' bad gonna happen here!.. unless you ain't got your tetanus shot." one of the other boys said. his name was Julius. He acted like the average jock around everyone, and people praised him for it. Jacob and Julius had been friends since the day they were born, doing everything together, including this. There were three other friends too, Tyler, Chris, and Javier. Tyler was what some could call a "weirdo.", he never talked to many people outside of Julius, Always on his phone, usually silent. Chris, was a follower. He didn't have a personality really. if he was given orders, he would follow them to a T, If anyone said something sucked, he would say it sucked too. the only real defining trait of his was his adoration of animals. Javier likes to go into things without giving it a thought. He was the one who backed Julius up when suggesting to go to a definitely dangerous place. Now, the boys should be home by 9, since Julius's mother would get worried. Julius, Jacob, Tyler, Chris, and Javier were having a sleepover. as a goodbye to "childhood.", The boys were going into high school soon, and most of them would separate. They wanted to make their last moments as a group an experience none of them would forget. So, their wish would be granted.

"How did you know about that! only my mom should've known!" Jacob Asks in shock. "Your mom loves to gossip all the damn time dude." Julius Replies. "GUYS C'MON LETS GO SEARCH THIS DUMP!" Javier says. Javier Pushes Julius and Chris, and pulls out his phone as he runs headfirst into this dank asylum. "Shit! I'll go after him!" Jacob says. Jacob runs off with his phone too, "I'll go too." Chris just says before running with Jacob. Tyler and Julius are left with each other. "So... do you maybe wanna... I dunno... see if they ever had a lounge. maybe we can take some stuff." Julius asks. Tyler just nods so both the boys walk along the cold area. After what seems like 10 minutes, both boys find a door. this isn't a normal door as it looks like its for staff only. Julius tries to open the door only to find out its locked. Above the door is a large window. large enough for one of the boys to fit inside. "Hey, Ty, Can you give me a hand?" Julius asked. Tyler got on Julius's back, much to the dismay of Julius. "I didn't mean that!" He says. Swinging around until Tyler grabs the bottom of the window. Tyler pulls himself up, and gets to the other side of the window. Tyler has a bit of a hard time, but he was able to open the door. "Thanks. just... don't do that again, please!" Julius says. Julius shines his phone light on the room Tyler had unlocked. It appeared to be a locker room.

The room was run down. Locker Doors were left open, cobwebs filled parts of the lockers, and it hit the boys, there was this putrid smell. "Disgusting." Tyler said quietly. Both boys plugged their nose, and searched the lockers. inside was nothing too serious, usually articles of clothing, maybe some expired food, until the boys opened one locker, and found a pistol, and a holster. "Dude... is that... you know what we should do with this?" Tyler says. "Ty, I love you like a brother, but I will be damned if I let you even touch that. I will hold onto it. I actually have experience with this stuff." Julius says as he takes the pistol. he checks the magazine, fully loaded. he puts the magazine in his pants pocket. Julius checks the chamber and a bullet flies out. Julius grabs the bullet, and also places it in his pocket. Julius puts on the holster, and tightens it. He places the gun inside the holster. Tyler watches, completely silent, until Julius finishes putting it on. "Why don't you leave the gun. you don't need it." Tyler says. "Ty, Listen, if any sort of looter or something tries to attack us, I can scare them away!" Julius Says. Tyler just shrugs, because he's not the "experienced one," He supposes.

"YO!!!! This is so sick!" Javier Says, picking up a straight jacket. it seems bloodied and damaged. Jacob and Chris had caught up to him and they both looked at the bloodied jacket. "Dude..." Jacob says. He was slightly frightened and disgusted. "why would they have this. Why would this be on the ground" Chris Asks. "I dunno. looks hella cool though" Javier Says. He placed it back on the ground and continued searching the area. Suddenly, there was an awful stench. it smelled like rotting. "Dude did you fart?" Jacob Asked. Chris plugged his nose and shook his head. "It certainly ain't me." Javier replies. "Javier, Chris, Can you watch me while I check the rooms, In case something falls on me?" Jacob Asked. Chris nodded, And snatched the phone from Javier. Javier looked upset at him, but he let it go. Chris shined the light at a room to the left of the boys, and Jacob went in. Inside was a bunch of meat, scattered. and the faint sound of crunching. "Hello... uh... Creepy... Crunching thing... you wanna say hello?" Jacob says, awkwardly joking with himself. The crunching stopped, "Dude. nothings there. even if there was something there, why would it say hello? that's stupid." Javier said. Chris Just nodded along. Then, The sound of footsteps grew faster and louder. "DUDE DUDE DUDE SHUT THE DOOR!" Javier said as he immediately began trying to close the door. Chris began trying to help. Something tried escaping the room, causing the door to not shut completely, Jacob helped as well, trying hard to push the thing that was running after them out of the door frame. but it wouldn't budge. "HELP HELP US PLEASE!" Jacob said into a void. hoping Julius and Tyler, or hopefully a random person, would help them. The boys lost some of their strength, and the thing got free. it had soulless eyes, pale skin, its limbs were sharp and elongated. it wasn't human. It pounced on Jacob. It began trying to bite Jacob. Chris and Javier tried fighting it, but it threw the boys back. BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!, Multiple gunshots rang out. and the thing stopped moving.

Jacob pushed the thing off, he breathing heavily from the events that just transpired. Julius had came to their aide, he was shaking, because he had only shot cans and dummies. not a living thing. Julius threw up on the ground, Tyler stepped to the side. "What the hell is that..." Chris says. Julius checks the magazine. 2 bullets left, and one in the chamber, adding with the bullet in his pocket, he had 4 shots left. "I'm not staying around to find out, we have to leave now." Javier says. "I'm behind you, we should all get the hell out of dodge." Jacobs says. Chris and Tyler nod. So, the boys try to go back to where they came from. they searched multiple hallways, trying to find an exit. but they couldn't find their way. they were lost in a place where they could be attacked, and killed, if that thing wasn't the only one. "I think we are lost." Julius says. "No Shit Sherlock! We are lost and we might get killed here!" Jacob says. Jacob, just has enough, and snapped on Julius.
