Regarding the current situation, we unfortunately don’t come close to knowing the full context given the various NDAs and other circumstances. from what I’ve read so far, even the involved parties rarely had a full idea of the situation. We simply need more information before passing judgment, especially given the fact that this has the potential to be extremely damaging to the reputationa and livelihoods of all involved parties If it gets out of hand. For one thing, there’s only one source available at the moment, so I for one am formally reserving judgement until there is at least another concrete source, if not an official response from someone on the other side. In the meantime I’m just hoping this wont lead to anything worse than it already has.
