I'm used to drinking lactose-free milk (my mom has an intolerance), but recently she's been buying local raw milk which I guess doesn't upset her stomach as much? I'm curious about this forum's milk intake.
ok first of all really funny that the second i decide to scroll here you pop up. second light milk which tastes gross because apparently we arent given the luxury of drinking something that doesnt taste horrible
cant stand the taste of plain milk anyways and vanilla almond milk actually lasts long enough that i don't overthink it every time i use it so we've won i think

i dont really drink milk or its alternatives particularly often, just dont like the vibe of it. but i like the taste of vanilla oat milk. unfortunately the texture is pure sludge so i can only handle drinking any large quantity mixed with something else

I drink dairy milk (type variable) with my cereal and home brewed tea, oat milk with tea bought from coffee shops. Lactose sensitivity sucks but I am stubborn and autistic and refuse to change.

i think i usually dirk somewhere between 25%-1% fat in my milk whatever that means but i dont really care how much fat is in my milk also i have a soft spot for publix choclate milk, would love to drink some unpasturised milk despite the risks and use banana milk scented bodywash so i hope this helps
