for me, it's gotta be sarabande! well... maybe it's not my favourite, but it's the only one i bothered to learn on piano. one of the few songs i worked to memorize, too! except now i've forgotten it... OH WELL
moonsetter is probably one of my favorite songs period but my special and unique answer is crab waltz. i can't get enough of how nicely the chiptune and orchestral instruments mesh.

probably gardener (aka jade's hauntingly relaxing bassline). i have no idea why, it's such a simple song compared to many other awesome homestuck songs, but it makes me feel the most? i remember when i was reading the comic for the first time and i heard the song on that page, it made me think "ah fuck this is gonna be one of those life-changing interests isn't it" and then it was. blah blah blah sentimental value blah blah
I'm terminally fond of the first four or so acts of Homestuck, because those were my favorites when I discovered Homestuck about a decade ago. I'm also terminally fond of when melodies and motifs get reused in later tracks, because generally when I'm reminded of something I already like in a new context I pog out of my gourd and point at the screen and then tell all my friends about it.
Basically what I'm saying is I have a massive soft spot for Descend.

To be honest with you, I used to listen to it on a borrowed iPhone when commuting, and I managed to line it up with the train arrival times pretty well by that point.
In fact, I think it's what got me to buy Homestuck music on Bandcamp in the first place!
