Simple topic, a softball for ya.

I believe I found homestuck around 2018 after being in the Undertale fandom and hearing it was something else that Toby Fox worked on. I remember the RPG Monger video coming out around that time and I think that was what made me curious.

my first attempt was when it was midway through - i remember reading a bit past the end of act 1, then looking at the log to realise that there were over 4000 pages with what looked like several pages being posted every DAY,

and despite being a webcomic addict, i did not think my powers of archive crawling were up to that, but come the summer of 2020, i was bored and lonely and needed distraction for obvious reasons, so i decided to tackle the behemoth at last, and read the whole thing in about 6 weeks,

ive now read it 3 times,

The classic way, really! I got into it when I was around 13-14, so around 2014, because I was so curious about what the deal was with those troll things being all over Tumblr.

Knew about it for a few years because of some online friend (that I hated) and was a "Homestuck Anti" for a little while, but overtime I warmed up to it because a dear friend of mine started getting into it. We would talk about it at school, draw it together, and make a lot of OCs together. I have around 20+ Homestuck OCs I don't do anything with!

Even if the world chooses to become my enemy, I will fight like I always have.

i got into it around 2015ish/maybe eeeearly 2016, pretty sure i started reading right around the [s] terezi remem8er update. i had been aware of its existence for a while before that though because i had a good friend in middle school who was a big fan of it, then i finally decided to start reading it because i started dating someone who was super into it. been here ever since!

I heard about it because of undertale, but did not start reading it until 2020 during the pandemic + being bored out of my mind in lockdown because I was stuck at home. And I thought to myself, man, I wonder if that comic about the goofy kid with glasses being stuck at home is any good.

And they weren't even stuck at home. what a ripoff....

I got into homestuck from being on tumblr when i was around 12-13! cant remember exactly how long ago it was, but since I was a kid I was a sort of bad fan in the way I didn't read much of HS and mostly just interacted with the fandom. I remember the roleplay communities, cosplay, making my own sprites, etc. The community & the commic always will have a special place in my heart. I got through a lot of rough things in my life by having a fandom like HS as a creative outlet, even if I was just a kid! Now every time I see 413 I feel like a total nerd! Well anyways now I'm 'rewatching' HS on the voiceover YT channel, its easier for me to watch it on my phone while I'm doing something else, haven't been a very committed reader but I am enjoying the voiceover!
