WAS reading the Castle by Kafka. Stopped reading it soon after. Maybe I'll pick it back up.

been reading V. by Thomas Pynchon, really liking his writing style so far! i'd like to check out Gravity's Rainbow afterwards but i've got so much on my reading list already i should get thru first o_o

also picking away at Camus' The Myth of Sisyphus every now and again... along with some supplemental lectures about it to help me along. love what i've learned so far, but it's definitely a workout coming from my very limited knowledge of philosophy.

I've been pretty busy with school so I'm getting through it very slowly but I recently started Who's Afraid of Gender? by Judith Butler. So far I do find it to be a really interesting analysis of the growing anti-gender ideology movement. So far it's mainly focused on the Catholic church and how they have harmed trans communities feminist movements.

I've been buying lots of sci-fi books, there's a long list of books to cover, mostly Asimov, but currently I'm going over Contact, by Carl Sagan. It's thrilling. I haven't seen the movie yet, I want to read the book first to make an analysis and comparison later 🐾

currently reading a book called "Unpacking My Father's Bookstore" by Laurence Roth. It's been enjoyable so far, I'm not that far in but it talks a lot about the community around his father's bookstore and the era and history of the local community and stuff. I like it.
