ABSTRACT FORMS are of uncertain origin.
edit button may be nice, as well as quotes, and maybe a "jump to the bottom" button so you don't have to scroll to see the newest post on a thread?

Similar to Lyric, when clicking on a thread that shows there are new posts from, if it jumped to the unread responses instead of having to click through the pages and scroll to them.

I yearn for bbcode, the thingie that lets you go back a step on how deep in the forums you're at (I think somebody called them breadcrumbs?), custom emotes, a better place for the report user button that isn't right where the new post/reply thing should be, better age calculation (my birthday is in november, I'm not 33 yet!), the ability to set avatar via externally linked image...

i think it would be quite nice to make it so that you can reply to replies, to make it easier to hold conversation, as well as replying to user comments.
A search by keyword filter would be a godsend.
Replies with the quote of what was said so people can jump to what was being replied to. Ability to search for forum posts as to not accidentally "make a post that's already been made" (though idk if search indexing would be a high overhead cost or not server-wise). Also have age hidden by default like the email!

unsure if this has been mentioned yet but some kind of signifier of what forum board a thread is under? of course if youre finding all your threads from the boards themselves then its less of an issue but ive already seen multiple instances of people replying to threads with off topic things because there was no sign that it was a fan adventure specific one, for example. i guess this could be lumped in with peoples requests for the forum to be more easily navigable and could very much integrated with some kind of "back to main board" button as others have mentioned but i still felt it was worth noting
idk if this is a bug or not but like the time that the forum claims posts are sent at does not match my local time zone (e.g. cronus' post —which should be the one right above mine— is said to have been posted at 5:13 AM or "one minute ago", but the actual time for me is nowhere near 5 am)
Not sure if it's a glitch but are 2 Rosebot usernames supposed to be allowed just because of a capital R? Asking because I'm rosebot lol I don't mind sharing a name but I just wonder if profile links would be busted for both accounts or if this is merely a site UI bug?

few others have said in part, but i think a lot more BBcode functionality would be appreciated, especially this early into the forums. replies/quotes, tagging, hyperlinks, spoiler boxes... all feels very needed.
also, don't know if it would go in feature request or bug report, but image embeds are totally whacked! dunno if that's a setting issue on my part, but having to manually insert an image's size instead of it going by the image default so it doesn't resize to high hell feels very clunky, at the moment.

Please add a way to remove an image from your signature. I totally fucked mine up. If there's already a way please tell me how to do it this looks so fucking stupid.

You should be able to backspace the image, just make sure to do so from below instead of having its side selected.

Oftentimes, if I take too long to type a post or maybe when I tab out, the site will not let me post my message and delete it upon refreshing the page. I am on mobile if that matters.
